Vacation 2020 - Part 4
As I write this, we are waiting in the emergency vet parking lot for Gus. He apparently got stung by something and is getting a steroid shot. I swear, Gus and Texas don’t mix.
Anyway, back in more relaxing times, I have a few more pictures from our hikes to share.
Gus and David take a break in a meadow.
What a view behind us!
It’s hard to believe that this happy girl has cancer treatments a year ago! We are so lucky to have her with us still.
Kat had no problems scrambling up these rocks.
Gus is ready to be a mountain dog. Notice his dirty face. He kept sticking his face in the dirt looking for chipmunks.
This is the picture right before I took the last one. David is trying to get Gus to sit, but it looks like he is pushing him off the cliff!
I brought my yoga mat for working out and there was only one spot in our cabin big enough. Unfortunately Gus and I wanted to use that spot at the same time but he wasn’t going to budge.
That’s a wrap on the trip. We had a great time and can’t wait for our next trip to cooler weather!
