Quilting for Gus

Back when we lived in Seattle and I had a lot more free time, I made quilts for Steve and Kat. I decided I should make one for Gus too, especially since he likes to sit on the couch and a quilt could help keep his fur contained! I bought a kit from Craftsy, which was nice because it had all the fabric already picked out and coordinated. Since Gus is named after an astronaut and his formal name is Polargold’s Celestial Explorer, I decided to go with fabric that has a space theme.

Who knows how long this quilt will take me. It’s not very big, but I doubt I make that much progress each week. I managed to get all the pieces cut and some sewing done. I’ll keep you all updated!
