Note: We try to keep this blog light and fun, but since this is a running post, we felt it appropriate just to mention that our thoughts and prayers go out to the individuals impacted by the events yesterday at the Boston Marathon.
On Saturday morning of our beach vacation, Mom and Dad ran the First Flight 5K. It was held on the grounds of the Wright Brothers National Monument. Unfortunately we didn't get to run it. It seems crazy to me, after all we do have a brother named for a Wright and I'm named for the Wrights' sister!
Even though I didn't see them run, I'm sure that Mom and Dad did an awesome job, even if we didn't provide any puppy power. (Puppy power is similar to horsepower, but better.)
The rest of the day on Saturday we walked on the beach, and Mom took a nap and did some studying. (BORING! I didn't take any pictures of those activities.)
